About Nicole Scaramuzzi

Nicole describes her teaching style as a “charming mix of recreational athleticism with a creativity that pretty much comes from being a writer.” She is a 2011 Focus Yoga graduate of Katherine Conte’s 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in East Greenwich, RI. Personally, she is drawn to Vinyasa and has practiced for the past five years. After finishing Tara Comer’s ‘Couch to 5k’ program two years prior at Focus Yoga, Nicole has since become a steady runner, completing four half marathons, including the most recent in Dublin, Ireland. When it comes to teaching, her wish is to inspire the creative self by strengthening the body to rid stress.
