Maine Massage Therapy Requirements

Completion of a course of training consisting of 500 or more hours approved by the Department. Pass the examination sponsored by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork or the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards or their successor or other organizations approved by the Department.
